“Vitamin K1 is for blood clotting. Vitamin K2 is for calcium.“

Facts

K1 also supports osteocalcin activation in bones, while K2 also plays a role in blood clotting.

It’s not that simple. Vitamin K1 also helps activate osteocalcin in bones [1], while vitamin K2 also plays a role in blood clotting. [5]
